The graph shows the average annual expenditures on a cell phone and residential phone services between 2001 and 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The Line chart shows a comparison between the average expense of the individuals of the US on Mobile phones and the fixed-line services from the year 2001 to 2010.
