The request for reschedule of classes won't be entertained.
Arrive 5 minutes before the class starts. Latecomers won't be entertained by extending the class.
The recordings will be available for 15 days from the date of the session.
Because of the online nature of the class, there are constraints in the time duration. If you are late, you will be able to attend only the remaining duration of the class. And will be provided recording as a backup session.
If your internet stops working more than once during a class, we would be forced to cancel the class and advise you to have a stable internet connection whenever you join the next class.
Once you end the class, you will be able to re-join the class following the same procedure.

While Online-Coaching.Coach does its best to help users achieve the goals and results they desire, the sole responsibility for results is always with the client.
There are distinct reasons for this. Primarily that all coaching sessions work on the mindset of the client, and it is only through change within the mindset of the client that breakthroughs can be achieved. If the client refuses to adapt and release old thoughts, behaviors, values and other things which their coach deems to be holding them back from achieving the results they desire. Then the client is holding themselves back from gaining results. Thus the responsibility for results is always 100% with the client.
Within this website/telegram group, we will not tolerate the distribution of (by whatever means) content that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal,promotions of other service providers or that we otherwise deem distasteful or objectionable (at our sole discretion).
You are not permitted to use our chat areas, bulletin boards or E-mail service in any commercial manner. Any commercial solicitation by you of our other uses is prohibited. By submitting any materials to us, you are granting to us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use such materials in any way we may choose. This includes, but is not limited to, e-mails and discussion board postings.
No refunds or waiver will be entertained in case of non used services due to any reasons.
IELTS Tutorials will not be responsible for poor internet connection or non availability of system or system requirements from the client side, in such case no reschedule or refunds will be entertained.
For online group coaching, due to certain reasons, if a student is not able to continue the coaching, he/she will have to provide a valid and genuine reason to request a refund. The refund can be intimated and accepted ONLY upon careful consideration by the management. If not initiated within 3 days, no refunds will be granted.
The scored tests, materials, question bank or any other sort of free materials with the online group coaching will be valid for 60 days from the date of booking of the sessions. No refunds or extension will be granted for unused products.
Extension of the course will not be allowed in any circumstances.
IELTS Tutorials reserves the right to cancel any of the classes due to any unavoidable circumstances, however the class will be covered in another manner.
We reserve the right to discontinue the service or remove from the session in case of any misbehaviour or not maintaining the decorum of the class.
